Linda's Note with Flowers Dear Monica and Eileen, I don't know how to thank you for making my birthday so very special! It was such a wonderful surprise to have that most beautiful room for our stay at Harrah's. We both just loved it. I was so impressed with the Sirius radio that was throughout the suite that now I'm going to look into having it installed here. The picture of the flowers does not do them justice. They are magnificent and please tell Eileen's friend that she does some of the most beautifil work that I have seen. Oh and let me not forget to thank you for the Champaign and the bowl of fruit. I'm really lost for words to express my deep gratitude for everything you did. It was all just wonderful!! Loved seeing you and as always you look fabulous! Hoping to be down in August if not sooner if I can talk you know who into it. It's so funny, how George has turned into a "slot afficianado". He always hated them but now he is a bit addicted. He plays the high end machines and does very well usually. Of course he is using my card so I can get the tier points faster. Thank you so much again my friend! Love,

Hey Eileen, how are you? I saw you on Facebook and Eric's graduation pictures. So, are you done with all the celebrations yet? Because we want to be the first ones to book your Vegas trip in October. I don't care when the date is, we're going and we want the Rio. We always have a great time on your trips because you are a hoot to travel with and the reservations are always right. Then you leave us alone to do our thing. Although we did have a blast having drinks with you last time at the Voodoo lounge. We tell all our friends how much we love going with you but even when we go by ourselves you always get everything right for us. Did Chris call you yet about New Orleans? I told her Monica is the New Orleans expert. See you soon.

Hi, Monica, We are home from Vegas. I have to tell you what happened. We got to the Flamingo Saturday night after midnight (actually Sunday) and they had no room for us. Don't get mad that we didn't call you. I know you always say to call you if there is a problem but this is the first time in all the years we've been going with you that there was a problem. The desk clerk said the room was in for the next day and he couldn't check us in until 3pm because the hotel was full. You know me, I was not too happy about that, but Vicki said not to worry. I was not so sure because VIP was closed and it was 3 am in New York and she said she was not about to wake you up. So she asked for the manager. When the manager heard Monica Jarvis was our host he said wait a minute, that did not sound right because Monica always double checks her reservations. Sure enough, someone at the Front Desk had changed it by mistake to the next day because it was after midnight. He did not want us to lose the room. It was just a misunderstanding. The manager was so nice, comped us to breakfast while he got a room cleaned for us. He said you are one of the best hosts. We were very proud. I wish you could book all our travel. We are going to Denver over the holidays to see Jan's new baby. Can you book the family? j/k. Love, Dave.

I have been meaning to thank you for arranging our cruise on the Norwegian Dawn. You are absolutely right when you say this is a floating casino, not a ship with a casino on it. We were personally greeted by the casino manager and treated like special guests from that minute on. The casino on the ship is much different from Atlantic City or Vegas. They knew you were our host and every time we went in to play, they remembered our names, can you believe it? It was so relaxing. The food is terrific and you can drop in for dinner whenever you like instead of special sittings. They understand players. At the end we were ready for a decent size bill but they looked at our play and took care of a nice portion of it. It was so good of you to arrange all the details and to tell us exactly what to expect before, during and at the end of the cruise. That eliminated the usual stress when you travel to an unfamiliar place and allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves. We really appreciate everything you did to help us celebrate our 30th anniversary in style. I am glad we switched over to you when we came to Harrah's. You are truly a professional in your field.

Hi Eileen, We had the best time at Harrah's Laughlin when we went out to Arizona to visit Katie and Frank. The town is really adorable and when you ride out of it a few miles, you feel like you're in a John Wayne movie. The people out there are so friendly and welcoming. We were smiling all the time. The best part was seeing BB King. Eric has been a big fan since he was a kid and we go to BB King's every time we are in New York. I am so happy you were able to get us the tickets. It was a beautiful birthday surprise for him. Thanks for always making us feel special. We'll stay with you forever!

Dear Monica, I can't thank you enough for all you did to make our family trip to the Atlantis a dream. I had been in the Bahamas before but this property is in a class by itself. I can see why you work with them. The kids enjoyed the activities while we played our own games. I know we had a lot of requests with our son and his family, and the changes must have driven you crazy, but you were too kind to show it, and so very patient! It was all as ordered, from check-in to cribs to child care to dinner reservations. We could never have arranged this trip ourselves with such a successful result. Your professionalism and follow up in handling our reservations and changes was first rate and resulted in a family memory that will last forever. Thanks again from the bottom of my heart.
